Clancy was the most adventurous puppy of the second litter. By seven weeks he was climbing out of his enclosures and terrorizing the house. Hence, I thought he was the perfect pup to travel to Connecticut to live with Christine and Jay Lentz, their three dogs, and EJ, their new son. He was the perfect dog for their family. He soon became EJ’s guardian and playmate. They spent endless days in the yard playing ball and chase. He accompanied Christine to the stables and ran through the woods with Jay on his mountain bike.
Unfortunately, his love of escape never ended. In the second week of November 2004 he wriggled out of the yard and met a car.
Clancy will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Our hearts go out to the family who provided him with so much love and care. Thank you for cherishing this adventurous soul, may God be with you all. |
